Featuring JustJamaal ThePoet and music by Mark Rehder, this transdisciplinary performance led by Elizabeth Emond-Stevenson includes spoken word poetry, music, and dance. Part of Propeller Dance’s Educational Program Showcase in Ottawa, it demonstrates how movement and dance are part of the multisensory experience of music making and how diverse bodies can be included meaningfully in music-making performances. 

Furthermore, BAMM recognizes that dance is also an integral cultural practice of many musics and therefore needs to be supported in its programs.
